If you sign up for your Baker account through your Hello tool or your iPad Checkin system, then your account will be associated with your dispensary and you will always see your dispensary page upon sign in.
You may browse your dispensary menu by selecting various product categories or simply scroll down the list of products to make a selection. Specials or promos will be listed at the top of the menu.
In this instance we are selecting Blue Dream and will use the + button to get 2 grams.
+ and - changes the amount of the selected product. You can also choose between 1 gram, eighth and a quarter. You have the choice to Buy Now and proceed to checkout or you can Add to cart and continue shopping.
Here a customer can continue shopping or use the Go to cart button to proceed to checkout or modify their items in their cart.
Scrolling down further reveals how they can get their order. Typically this is Pickup but if your dispensary has delivery then Delivery can be selected. Also, any special instructions to the dispensary can be added here. Select Place Order to proceed to checkout.
Once the order is placed, the customer will see an active screen showing the status of their order. They can also edit this order which will show up in the dispensary kitchen. The next images will show the progression as the order is Accepted and then Fulfilled awaiting pickup at the dispensary.
During the process once the order is placed, the customer will receive text messages customized by the dispensary through each step of the order. These show up for the customer like this:
After you complete your entire order, you will get an email receipt that provides the option for you to place the same order again in the future.
